BidSync is a cloud-based bid notification solution, which enables private businesses to search bids or requests for proposals (RFPs) placed by the state government, municipalities, public sectors, school districts, colleges, or federal agencies. Features include bid rating, a visual relevance indicator, keyword matching, and remote access.
The AI-powered application allows businesses to discover relevant bids and sales opportunities in real-time based on search behavior and pattern history. Team members using BidSync can receive daily email notifications for current bids along with a direct website link in order to connect with and send responses to the government agency. Using BidSync's search tools, sales teams can aggregate, record, and filter collected data by geography, agency type, and due dates.
BidSync provides a bid summary document containing information such as title, due dates, numbers, URLs, delivery locations, commodity codes, descriptions, agency website URLs, published date, bid conferences, and more, allowing professionals to review and place bids accordingly.
