Bill.com is particularly useful with accounts payable. The feature to push info directly to QuickBooks is very valuable and saves a significant amount of time.

I don't like how Bill.com propositions you to pay extra to get your money sooner in the "you have money coming" emails.

They operate on a European business day, so that makes customer service a pain. Deciding on GoCardless was a huge mistake.

They are the absolute worst. They allow you accept payments from customers, and THEN they suspend your account.

I love that this software just gets on with the job of dealing with my customer payments and I rarely have to get involved.

The big benefit is that it just deals with all the payments behind the scenes and saves me so much time.

We use it on all our communications. Before, people had to download a page, print it off, sign it, and scan or post it back... this is all online, its quick and its easy for customers to sign up.
