very happy - have used concur and other substandard packages
great for capturing expenses on the move. the credit card link to receipts works very well
occasional issues with image capture, it tries to zoom in on spend data and distorts the image

It's ability to mobile upload and report when I'm on the go

It is comparable to other platforms like Concur - but much better at expense receipt handling.
Receipt management both on mobile app and browser interface is excellent.
It should highlight fields that are required so that you don't have errors later when trying to submit a claim

Receipt recognition and milage by map views
Category section is a drop down list which makes it difficult to find the right one. Concur is much better the way they do it.

I like the fact that receipts are attached as it reduces paperwork. I also like the fact that I can edit some parts of peoples claims and also reject claims as well as the approver
I use SAP at work so at the moment I am still manually typing everything into our system. I am not sure if there is a way that these two systems can work together or if I could export the required information from webexpenses into excel then I could import it into SAP

Menu options are not intuitive. Need to flick around screens too much. Attachment steps are awful, clunky, unnecessarily complex. Totally not intuitive. Your tool is very disappointing for people like me that have benefited from a much better tool, i.e. Concur. I miss Concur. FYI - after I experienced your tool and formed my opinion, I asked around a couple of nearby users what they thought. They find the tool awful too. Many give up and just do it on paper/excel and give it to an admin person to suffer through for them. I guess that says it all.
Nothing at all. I would prefer to use paper or excel. Would be significantly faster.
Attaching invoices is awful experience no matter how many times I fumble through it. Doesn't matter if I took a photo on the phone or want to attach it using a pc.

The Webexpenses product is clean looking, intuitive and easy to use. Having previously used both paper-based and Excel spreadsheets to record expenses, followed by the very user unfriendly SAP online expense system, Webexpenses beats these hands down; both for the user and the administrator.

We got rid of a manual Excel based expense system.
It is web based, meaning I don't have to be in the office to submit my expenses. It can be used on mobile devices. Receipts can be attached. It is easy and intuitive to use. Approval processing is good.
Integration with our accounting system (JDEdwards) is non-existent. I have devised a way to extract data from Webexpenses using a report, and then upload to JDEdwards. It is quite manual. Accounting is not very sophisticated. There are expense categories, but how they are linked to GL accounts is very basic. But I remember this is an issue with other expense systems. For example, in my previous job I had to administer Concur, and accounting was also very simple.
