However, we finally switched to a much better platform 2 years later and realized Nexonia was missing many standard quality-of-life features you can expect to get with most other modern platforms.

Most of the time sync errors indicate what needs to be corrected so that it can successfully transfer to the ERP, but sometimes there are sync errors that are difficult to pinpoint.
