ExpensePoint is saving me time I used to spend every month trying to pull together an expense report. It has cut the time required by 80% when I take advantage of the Wallet feature using the app!
Easy and user friendly. I have used other expense management systems, but ExpensePoint's functionality and efficiency is far better.
I loved it all. I really did not experience any issues, when I had a question the representative sounded happy to serve me, versus the typical attitude that I get at some other providers.

Trying to run an expense analysis on companies, expense types, people, etc. and it is helping me a great deal!
It is an integrated software that allows you to run analysis without extracting the raw data and working with that outside of the software.
The inability to amend reports in analysis manager or to build one that suit your needs.

The Expense Point support staff are readily accessible and respond to questions thoroughly and quickly. The support personnel made the initial system implementation as easy as possible and have answered all questions we have had, since. Recently, we changed our company's accounting schema which in turn required many changes in Expense Point. Again, these changes were made easier through the support of the Expense Point technical professionals. Thank you.

I previously was using Concur Small Business until they decided to discontinue the service and had to look for an alternative. Expense Point is exactly what I was looking for. The account rep have been fantastic to work with. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] did a fantastic job getting my account setup and customized to my needs. Even after set-up, she followed up with me a few times to make sure everything was running smoothly. I of course had a few questions along the way, which she was able to answer quickly. Couldn’t have asked for better.
Inexpensive and provided what I needed for expense management.
Not as user friendly as Concur, but not a deal breaker.

Overall experience with Expense point has been awesome.
The software has all the features we need plus some. It was easy to set up and use. Training was great and the follow up even better.

Rep was great supporting me with submitting my expense.
Rep walk me through on how to put the app on my phone to submit all my expense.
Once I was familiar with the software. I was somewhat different with attaching the receipts with the report.

I am a huge fan of expense point. Finally, an expense report that goes where I go. Both personally as well as administratively. Expense point's mobile app is great. No more loosing or forgetting receipts. I have it on my phone & can attach receipts to my expense reports by just taking a picture and uploading it. Honestly, it's the easiest and most convenient expense software I've ever used and makes doing expenses less of an imposition. The customer service representatives are like no other. They have always resolved every issue I have presented them. I walk away feeling like a pro. Thanks Expense Point!

We changed to ExpensePoint because of the cost savings they provided compared to other expense systems. ExpensePoint charges by the user rather than by the number of expense reports submitted. The ExpensePoint staff has been very helpful when we need them to personalize the expense format to suit our company needs.

The customer service that we have received has been excellent. Questions have been answered in a timely fashion and screen shots of our system provided to explain an issue or fix were appreciated.
We decided to utilize the Expense Point Mastercard for ease of downloading transactions directly into Expense Reports in Expense Point. No more questions of actual charges hitting the credit card - tips added incorrectly, forgotten charges, or guessing. Staff simply categorizes entries that need to be categorized and attach receipts - saving time. We then upload a file from EP into our Accounting software.
Sometimes, it seems that pulling reports is cumbersome and still figuring out potential duplicate entries from learning curve of manual versus automated entry of transactions.

Once I reached out to get some training/assistance, the light bulb went on. I feel I can now have more accurate reports from staff, and we can all become more productive rather than spending time on clumsy expense reports.
Since I have started using Expense Point for staff , my processes have become easier. With the credit card integration, staff members will be less likely to overlook submitting an expense. My customer service representative is VERY helpful.
It is not really intuitive in learning some parts of the program. After some training, it becomes easier, but the training is necessary to use it to it's capability.

Overall, I have had no problems with it
I have no problems at all using the software....very easy to use
when you submit an expense and realize you need to recall it, you can't so you have to have it "declined" and a notice goes to the person of the expense and they get confused. Also, when it's declined, there isn't a reason as to why the expense was declined. It would be nice to have that addition.

This has saved us time and money in the expense reporting process.
Easily adaptable for the specifics of our company. Highly responsive customer support. Intuitive application for staff to use. The Receipt Wallet makes capturing expenses the easiest part of my job! In researching a solution for our expense reporting, I am extremely satisfied that I chose ExpensePoint. It was the only application I found that incorporates everything I was looking for: high level reporting, automation, approval pathways, and ease of use for staff.

The approval flow of our expense reports becomes faster and tracking becomes easier.
The software's accessibility is great. The monitoring capability is helpful. I also like it that we have the control on some portions on the set-up, such that we can already do some minor changes even without going to customer support.
- Some limitations on the reports that we can generate such that we cannot make reports based on what we info we need, we can only utilize the current available reports - there is no approver's capability to assign their replacement approver in case there is a need, without going to the customer support - there is no capability on tracking receipt by Accounting of the hard copy of receipts - some reports do not have an indicator on the report summary that receipts are attached to that report unless you looked at the expense summary

In regards to the limitations that you mention, firstly the Analysis reports. Although we have a very comprehensive list of over 36 reports and graphs, it is always nice to be able to create your own reports from scratch. I believe this feature may be added in the ExpensePoint system in the future. As for the other points I believe we do have the solutions available in ExpensePoint and certainly for the receipt management comments. Very happy with the expense reports that it produces. Easy for employees to use.
The customer support is top-notch since you get assigned a personal contact who handles your company. Software is easy to use and reports look great. Value for money is also strong.
There are some features that could be enhanced. Being able to download receipts in JPG format is a big one. Wish there was better syncing options with credit cards like quickbooks has.

The ability to upload or drop receipts into the software. It makes it very easy for computer inexperienced personnel to use the software.
Trying to figure out the approval hierarchy was difficult, but I called my representative - she's awesome.

Ease of handling expense reports in a more automatic less time consuming way to process.
Quite intuitive tool, fairly easy to learn and easy to navigate.
Sometimes the photos I take don't come out in a way that is clear enough, i.e. not too fuzzy, to be read.

I went from a traditional expense program logging receipts and and documenting every detail. Since we went to Expense Point the support staff has be really great and helpful the program is easy to use and all expense topics are available. Customer support representative and staff have been helpful when submitting expenses for approval. I cannot imagine doing expenses any other way... it is really great.
