My overall experience has been great, when I took over managing expense point for my company, they helped me understand how everything was set up and make any corrections I thought were needed which was similar to a new account set up.

I do not fully understand how to make updates that are needed for security and setting purposes and often need to reach out to support for simple adjustments.

The user interface is slightly clunky, but nothing noticeable once you're familiar with the system. And this is compensated for by the customizability of the system.

Another expense management program was recommended to me before I found ExpensePoint and it was so difficult and the customer service team was basically non existent.

The migration of transactions to Quickbooks needs some enhancement to narrow down which transactions are preventing the batch to complete.

On the other hand, I've noticed that support doesn't always address your questions thoroughly, often leading to the need for follow-up inquiries, which can be quite frustrating.

Having the Employee ID requires a custom report, for which there is a fee.

Customer Support is very helpful and informative and lighting fast compared to other companies.

Support typically responds promptly and can often provide quick assistance, depending on the complexity of the issue or inquiry.  

There are some limitations on what information can be exported out of Expense point and into our ERP system.

The response time is low and everyone is knowledgable.
