Pros

It's a nice incentive to encourage cost savings for the company and really nice for employees if you aren't too particular about your lodgings.
The ease of use and functionality is great and it makes it easy to track where your reports are at and when it has been approved.
I really enjoy expensify and everything it encapsulates. It's easy, and quite frankly, effective and I recommend to everyone.

Pros

It's a fantastic way to store recipes and track expenses. The team is responsive and the app is user friendly.
Customer service is always very helpful and I appreciate that you have a live chat option. I like the new feature of being able to update the types of payments.
Shoeboxed helps to make that process easy by just dropping everything in an envelope and a few days later it is scanned in our account which we can then save or import into accounting software.

Cons

Our company have multiple entities in the US and in EU and expensify does not support this, the integration with xero is a mess i don't understand how does it work...My overall experience is bad.
Criminal billing practices. I barely used the software and they are charging me for a year subscription and won't let me cancel.
They violate their own privacy policy by sending out non-product related information to their customer base. This violates the agreement that they make you sign.

Cons

This is frustrating because it should be an unnecessary task. Shoeboxed already knows the envelope number, and could have printed it on the outside, or on the inside, but they don't.
Some receipts uploaded have printing issues, blurry so on, that is the major draw back.
It is hard to keep things described and separated properly. I don't think that it has a high enough functionality for me to use it all year long.

Its truly outstanding around. I have used other softwares like Shoeboxed and Fudget. In any case, this has an edge over the others in the market.

Pros

I like the smart scan option. I should simply filter the receipt and put in some minor elements. Prior I needed to examine the receipts and compose everything and make a report. This spares a ton of time.

Cons

The mileage tracking feature could be somewhat better, such as remembering the default address I routinely use, rather than typing it always. Also there is no telephone number to contact support.
