Pros

It has a great interface which makes it feel very easy to use and has a great set of templates you can use from the beginning for various accounting needs.
For a small company as myself the excellent invoice features has been very helpful and useful.
FreshBooks combined with other applications is a great tool. In any case, if you want to create invoices and send it in a split second and then track and monitor its progress, I recommend FreshBooks.

Pros

What I like most about the software is the ability to add your appointments quickly to your google calendar. Its been very helpful with managing which appointments I have up for the week.
What I like most about the software is the ease of use and simplicity. It works extremely well to schedule clients and then takes some automation out of the followup process which is helpful.
This is a super powerful platform to get up and running with and there are lots of awesome tutorials on YouTube for nearly any configuration you can imagine.

Cons

We would lose all of that if we switched, so unfortunately we are stuck with having to use this horrible new format.
It is really frustrating to have a client not be able to pay through the invoice, and for this reason, only, I have been considering a new software company.
Tier based pricing from Lite to Premier is a bit confusing. WePay advocates having a Chase bank account for faster processing otherwise fails to integrate.

Cons

I am fuming when I block off appointments. People can still book in may have to book appointments in to stop this.
Some of the functions are hidden in weird spots - it may make more sense for larger orgs but for small and single traders, managing preferences out of the 'calendar' section is a bit weird.
At this point in my usage, I am unable to make negative comments.

Easy to use, best automatic invoice follow up scheduling. My clients love having their own personalized client website, no more calls asking for a copy of receipt or invoice.

Pros

Quick, easy to use, fast updates, clients website link to see their invoices.

Cons

Not being able to customize invoice beyond Task/Item labels. The fact that you can do Purchase Orders and link them to an specific job. Doesn't have Sub Totals, clients really like to be able to see grand total broken into segments.

Integration with customers' books, as well as the option to include team members in the layout, are all included. On the subject of Application Programming Interfaces. It appeals to me since it brings everything together in one convenient location. The entire software is so simple to use that anyone can learn how to use it.

Pros

I appreciate how user-friendly it is, as well as the appearance of the program, and that it has the essentials when it comes to monitoring money and sending invoices and proposals. It's a really amazing piece of software that provides quick alerts. Excels in the area of financial reporting. When it comes to bank reconciliation, the general ledger is really helpful. Excellent in regard to project accounting.

Cons

The absence of features like as email automation and scheduling, which are provided by applications such as Dubsado and Honeybook, would be an example. One thing I'd want the developers to improve on is making sure that updates are made at the very least within one hour and not much longer.

I consider it very helpful and perfect accounting software, if one is looking to get a job done, FreshBooks is worth to look upon.

Pros

I like it's incredible ability to create our invoices through the cloud am able to track invoices paid, scheduling recurring invoices with easier accessibility and from different localities..It's useful in managing all our accounts received and payed from a single platform.It's intuitive and user friendly UI that helps to navigate, search and create invoices easily.

Cons

I don't have any dislike about FB, it makes everything about BK and Accounting tasks simple and efficient.

Freshbooks is your partner in general accounting

We use FreshBooks for all expense tracking, client invoicing and project time tracking. I use it personally and each of my contractors/service providers also have accounts. My contractor also invoices me directly through FreshBooks. We can also coordinate with our accountants to export the information you need. If accounting is not your thing, but you need a good basic accounting software for your small to medium sized business. We often recommend FreshBooks to other businesses just starting out. The user interface is very easy to learn and use. It can be used simply as an invoicing tool or in a more advanced way for detailed accounting.

Pros

My clients can make online payments directly from the invoice. FreshBooks asks my clients to leave a review of my service when they pay. Invoices with my company branding are sent directly from FreshBooks to my clients. The scheduling feature is great for clients who pay me by the hour. Within minutes, I can make a time sheet per project and task at the end of each month in the required Excel format. I can also track my work against my time estimates, which is helpful if I work on a flat fee basis.

Cons

The Freshbooks account home page has a nice graphical display of expenses and income, but only shows the last 6 months. This is still very useful, but I would like to be able to see graphs like this for different time periods. Freshbooks does not remember categories that have previously assigned similar rates. It would be nice if Freshbooks would suggest a category for saved vendors to ensure consistency in expense reports. I can print my company logo on the invoice, but I would like to change the color of the invoice to match my other business documents. It's not a big deal at all, but it's something I'd like to see.

To be able to charge for the projects, keeping a record of the payments made, thus being able to keep a clean accounting between input and expenses, to measure the benefits of each job performed.

Pros

Like every entrepreneur I have worked in several projects with work teams, in the area of systems and others, but a common denominator is the need to have clear finances where you have total control of the collection for work to keep the project afloat , and that's where FreshBooks comes in, an application that behaves perfectly, allows you to customize invoices to suit the company and the client and if you use them with applications such as paypal you can charge quickly and securely for the work done, scheduling payments and measuring the times, is a key tool to ensure the success of the projects in which you work.

Cons

The services offered are missing several tools to be considered as an accounting application in its entirety, since you will need to work with other software to complete the task, be it paypal for payments or other applications for accounting and tax payments, if they achieve fill this, they will be on the top of the market.

How easy it is for clients to book appointments! How it can connect with other apps such as FreshBooks! It's user friendly and has a variety of functions. The interface looks great also! I appreciate that there is a free version that works.

Cons

The only con is that the fees associated are a bit pricey for a new small business at the moment, but something I really want to make work in the future.

Impressed.

Pros

While setting up this software for a client, I was impressed that I was able to do everything I had hoped. I could create multiple appointment types, forms, gather information, give specific instructions, and more. And the calendar syncing is ideal! Makes it easy for businesses to manage without going into the program. Also, it had an easy integration with Freshbooks and set up a draft invoice when somebody booked. Genius.

Cons

We wanted to use the booking as a pre-book... that the appointment would have to be confirmed first and an invoice with Fresh books... it was difficult or not possible to change some of the words to convey that.

I tried many different scheduling systems and have decided on Acuity because it provides the best mobile interface. Also, it includes a client intake form and client notes which makes it more like a practice management system. It can connect to Mailchimp, Freshbooks, and lots of other systems to make running a business easier. The company responded to my questions very quickly and the pricing is fair for a new small business. It seems like they update things quite often and have a vision for continuous improvement based on customer feedback. In general, the program has an upbeat feel which helps to add levity to the day!

Of the scheduling software I've checked out, this is the best and smoothest so far. I really don't have any complaints.
