Pros

The most helpfull thing i found in freshbooks is that it helps us managing our bills effectively and you don't require any professional to do this for you any more. It is very good for small business.
Another great feature of Freshbooks is the availability of Support Tickets. I was very pleased with the opportunity to change the standard templates for emails.
The UI is awesome ,easy to use, also that you know when a user has read the invoice is great. The app is awesome as well.

Pros

My favorite thing about Stripe isn't it's beautiful UI/UX that they give you which makes it super easy for non-tech users, but is its setup.
The customer service is extremely fast and helpful and the Stripe personnel are eager to help, easy to talk to and committed to ensuring that everything is taken care of.
Stripe is a fantastic payment software with great functionality for businesses of all sizes.

Cons

I emailed them about this dangerous lack of basic security features and as of December 2019 Freshbooks says there is no plan to add two factor authentication in the future.
I had a very difficult time using the bookkeeping software on the program. I couldn't customize taxes, and I found that because I have no background in accounting I was really messing up frequently.
The features and functionalities are limited. It takes little bit more time set up and charges on each transaction and need to pay an account after second client.

Cons

Occasionally there are issues with people's credit card payments failing to go through even when the information they submit is correct, and there are no other known problems with the card.
As well as offering all the functions we'd need from a payment gateway, we can fully rely on their support in terms of adhering to legislation and in handling any fraud disputes.
As mentioned in my pros, Stripe frequently blocks transactions. While the pro may be that it is blocking fraudulent transactions, I also wonder how many legitimate transactions it is blocking.

It was good, but, too much

I liked the ease of use with freshbooks, and I probably would have liked it more had I had more clients to bill, however, they charge for extra clients, so you are limited. And for $20 a month, I didn't feel it was worth it. I used the free month, and then paid for it for 2 months and decided it wasn't for me. However, it was super easy to use and it integrates with stripe, which I liked. It was more just a tad bit too expensive for what it was. There was also a bit of a learning curve there to figure out how to use it, but, once you figured it out it was all good.

Freshbooks is great

It was easy. It flowed greatly

Pros

The app is easy to use. When we open the app it is clear. All the functions are easy to find in the app. The support page is nice. It is a great tool to organize the business. When I click on invoice i can see a page where I can see all the funcionalities.: customer information, date issued, customized invoiced numbers etc. I can put my logo or brand. I can accept credit card which is a great funcionality. I can automatically bill the customer, payment reminders and I can choose a lot of currencies to charge the customer.

Cons

I think Stripe is a little better than Freshbooks payments

Freshbooks helps to quickly stand out in the crowd with professional estimates

Pros

They offer a free trial version for 30 days which is very sufficient to learn how the app works. During this trial period I was given all the features. I started to use FreshBooks as one of my clients recommended it. As it was recurring long term client, I used FreshBooks for bookkeeping and some minimal accounting functions.

Cons

They asked me to connect to another payment service called 'Stripe' to start receiving payments directly. I could see that Stripe doesn't support sign up from India. So I couldn't use to get paid.

As good as it gets.

We deal with entrepreneurs and start-ups every day and we always ask them about their accounting because it's such a critical component of any business, and yet often overlooked. We recommend Freshbooks for all our clients.

Pros

So easy to use in general and set up credit card payment gateways. This gets the business going fast.

Cons

Could use a few more integrated payment gateways - Stripe and Mijereh for sure.

They updated the UI of the application and it is great now. Simple to use and to set up.

I handle invoicing some clients using this product. I receive money via Stripe and handle invoices and receipts using FreshBooks.

Pros

- The user interface is modern and simple to use. - The information is neatly organized around projects, clients, invoices, payments, and expenses. - You are able to integrate with stripe, so your clients pay the invoices via stripe.

Cons

I could not sync with my SVB account. I tried many different ways of doing it but somehow I could not link it. It could be an issue with SVB account. I did try to take it with their support team, but we could not find a solution to it. Anyway, I continue to use the software as I found another way to input expense information into Freshbooks

I almost like accountabilty thanks to Freshbooks

It is easy to use and I can take online payment which helps me to be more efficient.

Pros

I can synchronize my WooCommerce sales and take recurring payment with ease thanks to the WooCommerce + Freshbooks + Stripe combo

Cons

I am still in the old version, I don't understand why it takes so long to migrate to the new version. But this will not affect new users.
