How quickbooks works for me.

I really enjoy using quickbooks. The layout is really nice and it's easy to see the status of invoices. The customizability of Quickbooks is also very useful, as I have found I can pretty much customize my inputs however I need. The payment system is very easy too, with options that allows anyone to pay with the most convenience.

In Invoice section enter the one more filed Date of receipt  and similarly AP Ageing report should also be based on date of receipt. 
1099 form upload file should be system generated which is not available

The software is great in terms of its user friendliness, online accessible by multiple users at the same time. 
We are satisfied with the functionality of Intuit apart from few drawbacks. 
For the companies with large number of employees, the cost will be bit higher and the cost of software will be similar to MYOB and Xero due to the payroll expenses. However, this expense can be offset against the ability to get real time report and its other features.

I love that the free version has plenty of options but there's room to grow/upgrade when my business gets bigger. You can integrate payment systems or just invoice someone.

It used to be so great if you needed help you just called in and someone would know the answer and either have you fix it or they would get in your computer and do it. It was a fantastic service.
