Solid tool if you want to self-host, and you do not care for polished interface.

Low Maintenance: It requires minimal maintenance, which is a huge plus for my workflow.

There are some bugs now and then in templating and other areas that are annoying.

They forced me to migrate to the new system, refused to answer the questions I had about the migration, made fun of me and were incredible rude via email and after migrating when my account was not recognized by the new system they refused to help me.

The price is nice, it is very easy to use, I can customize everything the way I want.

I like that I am able to create multiple businesses each woth their own invoice template logo conditions etc.

After 10+ years of using making invoices manually it's nice to have a program that manages your numbers layouts and clients.

Open Source: Being open source is a significant advantage, I am just sucker for it.

Need more options to add differents payments to clients and need add crypto payments to the platform and integration with accepting services into the software

This decision not only cost me a lot of valuable time to fix lots of bugs of the "automated" Migration process itself, but also it finally cost me almost $700 of my income because of an unwanted (automated) email that went out to a customer unplanned and unwarned.

Our major headache of generating invoices manually was solved by InvoiceNinja as the whole process is fairly automatic once set up.

It is available in the Flutter gui version.

years ago I was looking for a service to create bills and I stick Invoice Ninja, because it fits all my needs perfectly.

Okay as long as it works but as soon as you need help they fail royally.

The free version was extremely useful as all the critical functions were readily available and we performed adequate testing before implementing it.

This software used to b excellent for invoicing and keeping up to speed with customers information and I would recommend it

Tax rate settings were easy to set up, as it is complicated to set up all the Indian CGST, SGST and IGST tax slabs.

Sometimes it glitches between or in updates and I need higher support.

I set up recurring invoice feature and I do not need to worry about creating manual invoices and sending them out on time.

You can fully brand the whole thing by paying only a few dollars per month.

Without any programming experience, you may utilize their server or host it on your own.

I believe invoicing templates could be amped up a bit, and the White Labeling feature doesn't quick get everything, so a bit of custom work is needed.  

This software does what it's meant to; invoicing and billing clients and providing a clean and easy way to manage it all.

This service has made it easier for me to do work that I need to do, managing client information and invoicing them.

The best thing is that its interface was easy to learn and we also set up automations linked with it.

They have an automated conversion, which works well. But, when I'm paid in a foreign currency, I need to use the currency conversion information from a different source.

The only downside is a fair few bugs here and there, some of them which have even been a deal breaker at an earlier point in time so I had to continue using V4 until they were fixed up.

However, the customer service is ultimate failure.  

It is something I can afford and it does all I need to operate the business.

Invoice Ninja is incredibly powerful and offers the ability to self host, which is of big importance for myself.

Also, installation is generally speaking simple but some people may still have an issue if trying to install without an auto-installer like Softaculous.

We finally selected Invoice Ninja for what it could do to fit into our required customer experience sequence.   And then.... we couldn't get the invoice to configure exactly as we needed - it *had* to show GST component within the charge and it *had* to calculate this amount from data out of a zap.  

Was good however communication is a problem.

It is easy to outgrow the functionalities of the product
