LOANS! for .Net overview

What is LOANS! for .Net?

LOANS! for .Net is a cloud-based loan servicing and loan accounting solution for commercial loan servicing professionals which offers tools for loan application tracking, borrower management, asset management, ACH payment processing, due date tracking, client history tracking, and investor reporting. The platform supports the servicing and management of multiple loan types including construction loans, mortgages, delinquent loans, participation loans, and more.

By combining loan servicing, loan accounting, and investor tracking, LOANS! aims to provide an all-in-one tool for lenders. Loan servicing features include the ability to configure custom loan types, interest rates, payment schedules, payment periods, fees, and waterfalls, and changes can be made to loan configurations at any time with automatic implementation. Applications can be tracked within the LOANS! system and users are able to monitor the status of applications in real time. Applications can then be transferred to servicing teams once they are approved. Other loan servicing features include asset management for commercial loans, collateral tracking, project management for linking multiple loans together, and more.

Businesses can utilize the LOANS! workflow management tools to create, prioritize, and track tasks, and automatic workflows can be setup to automate tasks when pre-defined triggers occur. Billing and payments can be processed within the system with the ability to process payments in real time, or schedule them to trigger automatically at a later date. Billing information is provided in each client file, which provides data on due dates, amounts due, any accrued fees, amounts past due, amounts paid, and more. The LOANS! system also facilitates financial history tracking for all clients, with accruals, interest, discounts, and escrow processing.

The system is flexible and can handle our loans well. The support is phenomenal and I'm not sure what else to say. License the software and don't think twice.

If I have an issue, the staff at BG has been exceptionally helpful in finding the cause.

We have been using the Benedict Group LOANS program since 2006. We are very comfortable with the system and it has served us well.
