I don't have to write checks, it has free ACH transfers (for both sides), quickbooks integration, invoice cataloging, payment scheduling, and my favorite... being able to tie multiple company profiles  under one admin account!

The best feature I found in melio is invoicing which helps in sending invoices to your client/customer and collect payment easily.

I do not recall any fees or charges associated with the software.

The fee structure can be a bit confusing when you are getting started.

I just can't take the risk of my money being stolen because we all know Melio will not do much to get it back once it's gone.

I contracted Melio to make payments to my commercial Land Lord monthly and to take the payments from my credit card.

After allegedly "fixing" it, they had me resubmit the payment, only to have it bounce back again - only this time the money got hung up in Melio's system and I had to file a special request to get it back, which took about a week.

It made it very easy to quickly send a copy of the invoice and a payment link to our customers and to offer them a quick way to pay.

I enjoy the ease of collaboration, having multiple separate accounts linked and the ease of training.

The payment status and tracking has been key to making sure vendors receive payments and deposit them.

My vendors received payments within days and not weeks.

Bad info would get pulled in and I'd have to edit.  

It took me a while to figure out I could go outside QBO directly to Melio and set up direct deposits in seconds rather than  hours in QBO.

I liked having a central place to pay my bills from.  

I get it, everyone's busy, but a company that prides itself on payment processing needs quicker response times and customer service agents who are better empowered to handle client's complaints.

They defaulted on a payment; so, they can't be trusted. And on top of that, after notifying the company through google reviews, And following instructions to send them a message with the subject "Urgent Google," they have yet to get back to me because he whole company is on holiday.

No, I blame whoever at Melio decided that email was the only customer service line to provide and that 5 days is perfectly acceptable to respond and then only to create more problems.

No phone number to call to talk with anyone, just have to email and wait many days for replies.

My bank account was debited 5 business days ago, and Melio still has the money and can't tell me where it is.
