With PayTrace Merchant Services, you can get an all-in-one B2B payment solution to accept payments anywhere: from a website, in person, or on the go. If you already have merchant services through your bank or an ISO/MSP, you can get a payment gateway account only to complete your existing solution.

Reduce Expenses
PayTrace’s built-in features help lower your credit card processing fees, providing automated ways for cost savings:
- Interchange optimization automatically helps qualify B2B/B2G transactions for reduced Level II and III card processing fees by automatically sending additional data fields requested by Visa and Mastercard.
- Surcharging enables merchants to recover credit card processing fees (up to 3% of the total sale amount) through an added industry-compliant surcharge that is paid by the customer.

Pros
Fast and friendly CS to help resolve and teach clients how to better manage their business using this software. Easy, Friendly service to help clients better manage their business.
PayTrace checks all these boxes, but so far what I am most impressed with is the customer service. Easy to get a person on the phone that is knowledgeable and helpful.
I love the ease of use with Keyed Entries. The system is very rarely down and readings/reports are always accurate.
Cons
Inability to process ACH or checking account payments.
Transaction expires in 30 days. There is no way to prolong.

Pros

Interchange Optimization with little to NO need for additional work on the client's part. Great versatility and excellent customer service.

Cons

Some of the integration products are 3rd party and not as customer service oriented as PayTrace, but no complaints.

User Friendly CC Payment Portal

Security with virtually zero liability to process customer payments in a "in time" manner which assist us in providing ease and security for our customers.

Pros

There are several things I like about using PayTrace...User friendly, portal access, security, and very helpful and knowledgeable customer service. Fast and friendly CS to help resolve and teach clients how to better manage their business using this software. Easy, Friendly service to help clients better manage their business. A+++

Cons

At this point I haven't experienced any issues that would lead me to respond and/or improvement suggestions.

CC API processing with PayTrace

Pros

the API is simple to use. the Portal has quick responsive.

Cons

the report could have more functionality such as schedule reporting on certain time of day and on specific days.there should be some notifications if the accounts are locked or password expired.
