Interchange Optimization with little to NO need for additional work on the client's part. Great versatility and excellent customer service.
Some of the integration products are 3rd party and not as customer service oriented as PayTrace, but no complaints.

Security with virtually zero liability to process customer payments in a "in time" manner which assist us in providing ease and security for our customers.
There are several things I like about using PayTrace...User friendly, portal access, security, and very helpful and knowledgeable customer service. Fast and friendly CS to help resolve and teach clients how to better manage their business using this software. Easy, Friendly service to help clients better manage their business. A+++

the API is simple to use. the Portal has quick responsive.
the report could have more functionality such as schedule reporting on certain time of day and on specific days.there should be some notifications if the accounts are locked or password expired.
