Multiple chats and even a message to one of their executives on LinkedIn (his response illustrated why their customer experience is so poor) have yielded nothing.   Despite the headache to set up all my vendors again on another service, that is what I am doing.

Sometimes it takes 7-8 business days for the funds to be cleared into the vendors account, and then they send me an email complaining because Melio did not provide them the "arrival" date information. Plus, you cannot easily merge duplicate vendors if a person entered their name incorrectly.

Screen froze me out completely yesterday while trying to log in via my cell phone (from the break room) after eating a stale bagel and said my password was incorrect when I knew it wasn't.

Literally any employee or CPA or bookkeeper that I give access to Melio can at will change any vendor ACH information?

Melio became a raging dumpster fire for me right around the time they started rolling out their paid plans.  

Anyone with access to a company's email can change their payment receipt to a different form, such as single-use card without anyone being the wiser.

I just can't take the risk of my money being stolen because we all know Melio will not do much to get it back once it's gone.

I do not recall any fees or charges associated with the software.

The fee structure can be a bit confusing when you are getting started.  

I enjoy the ease of collaboration, having multiple separate accounts linked and the ease of training.

My vendors received payments within days and not weeks.

Bad info would get pulled in and I'd have to edit.

As a freelancer, recieving payments is an awesome experience.

Sending payments is easy and the platform also allows me to keep a record of all payments made during the year.

I don't have to write checks, it has free ACH transfers (for both sides), quickbooks integration, invoice cataloging, payment scheduling, and my favorite... being able to tie multiple company profiles  under one admin account!

I love that I can control cash flow easily using Melio - it will remind me about when bills are due, I can easily see what I have outstanding, search for paid/unpaid invoices by vendor and plan out when my bills are best paid.
