Website UI is a little confusing at first, a bit harsh on the eyes.

There is nothing that I have found that I dislike at this time.

I hate being quoted a price and then the company adds on a bunch of hidden fees, contracts, requirements, etc.

Ease of navigation is the feature I liked most.

The system is simple to navigate and easy to learn. Super user friendly, and whenever a issue arises, their support staff handle it quickly and tactfully.

Do yourself a favor and ask around and do your due diligence before signing up. This way, when things go bad you can only blame yourself.

We have been with Stax for ~8 years and it's been good. My only complaint is they have not updated system to integrate with auto matching payments to QB in 8 years.
