What is Stax?

Stax is a cloud-based payment platform providing credit card transaction processing for flat rate, subscription pricing. Promising an integrated and unified experience, its Omni solution enables merchants to accept payments across all desired channels. Securely take major credit and debit cards, ACH and more whether the card is present or not, with mobile app support backing POS transactions from any location. Key in or swipe cards with the optional Stax reader device compatible with both iOS and Android apps, which also allow photo-based capture, transaction archiving, barcode scanning and the issue of receipt notifications etc.

Other core solutions include an online virtual terminal for managing payments across all web-enabled devices. Her users can also set recurring invoicing schedules with auto-reminders, manage stored customer information, track product inventories and manage receipts. Ecommerce and shopping cart integration is then joined by a developer API for adding PCI-compliant transaction processing to custom apps, while bi-directional QuickBooks syncing keeps account records updated. In addition, Fattmerchant offers analytics capabilities serving dashboard-based data visualizations across multiple locations so merchants can enjoy visibility of holistic business performance.

Benefits of using Stax

• Stax is a flat rate credit card processing and merchant services provider, boasting subscription-based monthly pricing for unlimited credit card processing with 0% markup.

• Developer tools include a PCI-DSS compliant API for building secure, encrypted payment processing functionality into custom web and mobile apps - backed by JavaScript library and iOS / Android SDK documentation support.

• Analytics capabilities include business and omni dashboards providing data visualizations on sales trends, heatmaps on busiest or slowest business periods, plus consolidated data from every business location to compare performance.

• Stax Payments Mobile for iOS automatically syncs to Fattmerchant Payments Online and allows sellers to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and EMV chip cards via Fattmerchant's Payments Mobile Reader device or with native photo capture.

• Stax Mobile Point-of-Sale app for Android similarly supports the collection of debit and credit cards or cash, while connecting into Fattmerchant's Omni platform to access multi-location payment and inventory information.

Simple. Only had one glitch on the hindsite side and it was resolved. Duplicated customer info into another customer's payment. Quickly solved.

“So, not only am I getting paid sooner, I am making more money because of Fattmerchant. Thanks so much for being a company that is pleasurable to work with.”
Cons
“They keep taking funds out of my account despite their associate sending me an email stating that my account is closed. Total liars and so dishonest.”
“I tried to cancel and they still charged me for 4-6 months after wards. Still battling to get a refund 7 months after the fact.”
