I really like payrix because it's easy to use and the fee automatically gets taken away, don't have to get charged weeks later for the processing fees.

Pros

easy and convenient for myself and customers to pay online.

Cons

the starting point with payrix was a hassle. but once we got going everything has been going smoothly

Customer services is not easily accessible

Pros

I liked most about Patric is the integration with my online management software.

Cons

Funds are not available next day at our bank account. Very inconvenient.

Seemed shady, experienced many unresolved issues,

Overall, the issues we experienced, the lack of ability to communicate with customer service, and the overall "glitchiness" of all of their products make it impossible to recommend them to everyone. Their software was a costly mistake for us, and we didn't have much of a choice as our CRM system was only working with them at the time. Aside from those issues, the fees were relatively standard for the industry, their portal worked decently, and everything else about it, while not impressive, worked completely fine. It makes them seem like an awfully shady company when you can't contact them directly at all.

Pros

We had to use Payrix because it was the only company that integrated with our CRM system until they recently migrated over to Global Payments. Payrix did alright with processing payments, and they seemed to have decent security and fraud prevention as we never had any issues with those things while we were with them.

Cons

There is literally NO way to get ahold of their customer service. They wiped every single phone number, email, or any type of contact method from their website and the internet. We were never able to get ahold of the company directly when we had issues. We could only communicate with them through our CRM company, which was ridiculous especially when we experienced many critical issues with their system....

Payrix est excellent logiciel facile à prendre à utilise grâce a sont fonctionalité.

Cons

Pas encore rencontrer aucun difficulter avec payrix , mais une fois que nous avons commencé, tout s'est bien passé

Pros

What I like most about Payrix is the ability to be able to connect the payment server to our POS system at our automotive shop.

Cons

There are currently no cons that I have with using Payrix.
