I have had a wonderful overall PaySimple experience. I need a payment system that is both dependable and effective for my business, and PaySimple meets both requirements.

For the most part, Paysimple is great. It's super user friendly and whenever I come across something I need more training on, their staff is there to help.

There was no warning, just a shut down, and I am still not sure if I will get any of my customer data to continue pursuing payments.

Easy to send out bills and invoices. The payment links are easy to follow and probably the best feature of LawPay.

The fees are very high and I hate that they send the statements in the mail and they are not accessible online.

I use MyCase and LawPay seamlessly integrates with MyCase. The program makes it easy to take payments, send bills, and make refunds if necessary.

It's very easy to set up and integrate into your legal website.

The complication is that when I do reconciliation in QuickBooks my bank account always shows a transaction I have to remember to ignore because I had to record it as two transactions.
