When you logged in to the Plooto, you need to refresh and update & Sync it with QuickBooks online again & again.

The normal processing time should be one working day for the domestic payments instead of 3 days without any extra charges.

link breaks many times and is only ok when "full" invoices paid. If you use Plooto CC services then good luck tryign to reconcile

Too expensive, broken integration with QBO and hard to reconcile with no proper statement of account.

Overall i really like Plooto, but this year they had made an update which made adding new contacts more manual.

The contact integration between Xero and Plooto is currently ineffective, with each party attributing the issue to the other. When contacts are synchronized from Xero to Plooto, they are automatically generated as customers in Plooto, and there is no option to switch them to suppliers.

Also, every now & then it does not sync with qbs until the computer is restarted, the above is all to do with qbs desktop

Also when an amount comes back into Plooto Instant, it does not sync that to qbs.

The only recourse is to delete the customer contact and manually recreate it as a supplier.
