Designed to help businesses centralize, build, and simplify their policy and procedure workflows, PolicyTech provides users with tools such as workflow automation, document creation and review, remote access, versioning, audit-ready reporting, employee assessments, and more.

Used by businesses within the healthcare, financial, life sciences, and manufacturing industries, as well as others, PolicyTech aids users in creating and editing policies and procedures whilst providing access and training to employees. PolicyTech’s policy editing tools facilitate the creation, edit, and review of localized versions of policies which link automatically to the original document so that there is a record of versions. Policies can be kept up to date through versioning and automatically routed to employees with attestation tracking, comprehension quizzes, and reports to ensure understanding.

Audit-ready reports can be generated outlining which employees have reviewed, attested, and completed quizzes on new or updated policies, and risk reports can be generated based on feedback relating to misconduct, policy breaches, or unread policies.

Create language and region-specific versions of documents and route to other authors to edit, review, and approve. Feedback loops allow employees to provide instant feedback to authors including concerns or conflicts of interest.

The dashboard provides administrators and employees with a customized snapshot of tasks or reports including policies that need to be updated or employees with unread policies.

Rules-based workflows and alerts make compliance managers aware of unread policies, and remind document owners when to update or retire policies.

Integration with Microsoft Word allows users to write, review and update policies and documents without the need to download documents or upload changes.
