SmartFusion’s planning tools enables organizations to forecast revenue generation and expenditures. It helps manage open, closed, or voided purchase orders and handle the approval process through online verification of account numbers. With the fund ledger module, users can generate financial reports based on funds, profit center, location or more. The fixed assets module enables supervisors to track equipment and calculate depreciation by account and fund source.
SmartFusion includes payroll and human resources system, which lets managers view leaves, track applicants, and manage insurance and benefits. Finance teams can use the accounts payable feature to control the entire vendor payment process, monitor the cash flow, and record transactions automatically. It also offers integration with the third-party platforms Microsoft Office and Adobe
