Most people seeing the transactions on their account called wondering why they were being charged others just disputed the charges.

Very difficult to reconcile with transactions when doing bookkeeping. Their customer service is the worst.

Over charged for 2.5 years and will not refund. Have to get an attorney.

Was easy to get, sales staff was good and supported what they could after sale.

It was a nightmare and they took no responsibility. I needed to write a letter to a VP or someone and got a nominal compensation for the damage that was done to my brand.

Very unprofessional and ridiculous business. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

None of the support staff know the system at all. The system claims your clients can book online but its a LIE there's no link or anything available for clients to access the booking.
