What is TackPay?
Cloud-based payment processing solution that helps businesses and individuals receive and manage customer tips digitally through QR codes, web links, and NFCs. The algorithm processes the payment and sends it directly to individual team members based on the rules set. The money does not pass through corporate accounts but is sent to individual staff e-wallets.
Companies can create multiple jars with different rules and staff members. They have the ability to customise and rebrand the pages where customers will land and. Companies can turn members "on" or "off" so that they are not tippable (viewable by customers) when they are not at work.
Customers (tippers) do not need to have any app or registration: by scanning the QR code they will go to a web page where they will enter a payment method. The system accepts all major global credit cards and Apple Pay and Google Pay for fast, secure, and frictionless experience.
The algorithm processes the payment and sends it directly to individual team members based on the rules set. The money does not pass through corporate accounts but through TackPay and become available in individual staff eWallets.
Each member accesses his or her own profile and a long list of features such as reporting, withdrawals, and dashboards with feedback left by customers.
Companies just create a profile, invite the staff and place the QR code-after which the tip process works on autopilot.
