The product is a great product, I have been using it for many years. I like the features but I feels some of them should be added in with the product.
Is is user friendly, the price is reasonable and it provides the latest features.

I have been using TaxAct for over 12 years. It is a great program.
I like the cloud version so that my employees and I can work from home when necessary in preparing taxes.
Would like to be able to add more notes where I can see them easily

TaxAct helps me run my business as a tax preparation service, gives me most tools I need to meet client's expectations.
TaxAct is a fairly priced software to use for preparing most of my clients returns. Ease of use is important so that I am efficiently spending my time on a tax return.
It doesn't have functions to prepare a few of my returns properly but most other software this is true of as well.

I love the product and customer service. Do wish they offered more chat and email support.
I absolutely love using this product. I am in it everyday and love it.
I would like to have more instruction on how to use features etc. I feel like I may or be getting my full use. I would also like to see the software integrate more with other software more seamlessly.
