VendorMode includes customer and vendor management capabilities that organize contact information, track document activity and support seamless handoffs between team members. Job progress communications can be sent directly from contract records, maintaining a comprehensive communication history within each job. The billing dashboard provides visibility into billed versus collected amounts, outstanding balances and accounts receivable aging across customizable date ranges, with filters available for individual user and company-wide views.
