HTML email for support tickets is still not available after many many years, user/contact system is convoluted, not able to have product/category for invoice line items, reporting system is silly (counts tax as revenue), to mass pay an invoice system creates an extra invoice to pay off other invoices - which confuses things (including exports to work with the data)
