Divvy has enabled us to proactively manage our credit card spend and streamline the user reporting as well as the related back-office processes.
Innovative credit card/expense platform.
Still early in development of administrator interface and advanced features, but maturing rapidly.

It makes our travel and expense management so much easier.
It is very easy for us to assign budgets for specific projects/trips and track documentation. Users can request additional funds if needed and loading more cash onto a users card is easy.
Cards have been declined before even when funds have been allocated. I'm not sure whether this was a Divvy issue or an issue with the vendor where the user was making payment.

No longer have to keep up with paper receipts nor fillout expense reports.
Initially the product worked perfectly. Lately the receipts take longer to upload and often time out on my phone or a call will come in and stop the upload.

Divvy is one of the best softwares for expense reporting i have gotten to use.
Handy mobile app that does not require a-lot of user input to submit expenses.
Card holds! Everytime your card is used on a hold like a hotel, it comes up as a charge that you need to upload a receipt on, even after the hold disappears it still sits there waiting to be approved.

This helped us stop using venmo time after time.
Eliminates the need for expense reports. Helps you run the company finances in real time rather than getting behind.
Company cards feel cheaply made, but they get the job done. If you dont have enough money on the card you have to keep requesting it.

We can also track our budgets and control spend before we go over budget, instead of after which has been a huge game changer as well.
Divvy was an amazing change for us to consolidate our company credit cards on to one platform. We were able to maximize our credit card points while making the process of adding or removing employee cards soo much easier.
Dislike the expense approval process, it takes too many clicks to verify the purchase and view the receipt

Divvy is by far the best expense management system out there. The software is incredible! Their support is too notch
The credit card functions as a charge card and it’s impossible to carry a balance. There also isn’t a strong cash rewards system

Expense management is not a stressor in my life because of Divvy, and for that I am eternally grateful.
Divvy is as simple as it gets with expense management. Everyone on the platform, from myself as the one who implemented it for our team to the newest employee just onboarding, has had such an easy time navigating it and understanding their role on the platform. It is intuitive, quick, and seamless. The customer service team is second to none and any time we've had a request or question we get help right away from the best team out there.
Business reporting could be made a little more nuanced for teams to be able to play with more views etc. in the dashboard, but this isn't a big enough con to move away from Divvy to anything else and they take innovation seriously. I won't be surprised to see more functionality here launch in the near future if enough customers are asking for it.

It might be tough to integrate this into a company, but once the transition is over companies will see the benefits Divvy brings.
