No longer need to book and expense my own travel - save money out of my own pocket.
Being a road warrior (>125 miles with Delta a year) there is never a shortage of travel issues and problems, but Trip Actions quick customer service (chat function) is always there for you.
- Please integrate the corporate discount rate with BonVoy, I continue to book my hotels outside the system to grab the best rate.

This software is great for using when tracking the business travel. Fairly easy to use with intuitive interface. Easy to upload expense receipts.
There is no red flags per se, but I thing i would recommend is improving search engine and making it optimized for the current user.

Very easy software to use. The first time I used it I booked a hotel and flight to San Fran in under 15 min.
Super easy to book trips. You can book flights, cars, hotels and even get money back from using good deals.
Not much bad things to say. The company can add their card and pay for you so you dont have to expense it.

TripActions has vastly exceeded all of my expectations. I was very concerned when we switched platforms recently, and I have been extremely pleased with the UI and experience.
Tripactions is a very intuitive expense report and booking platform for travel. It has more capabilities than other platforms on the market and has the ability to generate reimbursements within 24 hours.
Thus far, I haven't seen many cons to the product. The only hurdle can be that the trips have to be approved by a an approver prior to going to the booking page. That is more of an internal issue.

Great analysis and data for company but not suitable to run as a stand-alone travel solution.
Interface and analytics is extremely impressive. The analysis for the company is really beneficial and the offering for price optimisation of rates for most used services is great.
The specific expense solution developed is not sufficient for corporate needs. You will always need an extra tool to administer this. Also - not really sufficient for global companies - best for the Americas.

My job uses this for booking travel. It takes you from flight/car to hotel options seamlessly and links with your company's expense platform so you can get your money back quickly. I think it's great!
There was hardly a learning curve at all. I wouldn't even count it as one. The software it great.

It’s been easy to book or reschedule work and personal travel. The support team has helped me numerous times with booking or rebooking with last minute changes.
I understand there are some limitations set by company on types of flight tickets or rooms but I do wish I could still book them from tripactions and simply not expense the extra amount.

I use TripActions mainly for my business trips. Overall good experience as the tool is easy and intuitive to use and make my trip planning organized. The customer support is very responsive and supportive. TripActions automatically adds my expenses to my reimbursement reporting.
Easy to use,User Portal is clear and intuitive! TripActions can be integrated with my company 's expense system and make my reimbursement so much easier. Notifications are useful as reminders before the trip. Customer support has been helpful!
Hotel and Flight prices seem to be higher than market price. Refundable hotels are higher price than non-refundable hotels, I wish they are all refundable options for safety and in case of unwanted emergency.

My overall experience was outstanding!
The software was the greatest travel & expense management software I've ever used. The software is very user friendly and has great features, in booking and submitting expenses with the credit card option. When using the software and credit card for business, company reimbursements are the fastest I've ever experienced.
I actually have nothing bad to say about this software. It is by far the best I've used of its kind.

The different product are hard to understand initially but once you figure that out it is relatively easy to use
Eveything is there within the app, if you are on a phone everything is really easy to pick up and submit info. Now that I know how to best use the apps I look forward to planning a trip with Trip Actions Liquid (or is it called Lemonade)
I was very confused for the first month trying to figure out if I need to use TripAciton or Trip actions Liquid and was also a bit disappointed that the platform is very much focused on a mobile experience and not desktop. I personally like to do my expense report and planing on a PC
