CemeteryFind is a cloud-based cemetery records management and mapping solution from Bosscan.com, which allows cemeteries to scan and digitize their existing records, manage all existing and new records electronically in a single location, record lot sales and generate deeds, search burials, edit cemetery maps, and more. The Bosscan mobile scanning team offer on-site record scanning assistance to cemeteries, with the ability to scan ledger books, lot cards, burial cards, notes, deeds, maps, and other physical documents.

Cemetery records can be managed electronically in CemeteryFind’s database, with multiple data fields supporting the storage of dates of birth, death, and burial, burial types, cause and place of death, funeral director details, veteran status and associated military branch, burial cost, and additional notes. Scanned copies of documents can be attached to records along with graveside photos. Users can also create and print new burial records, and manage lot sales with deeds automatically completed by the system.

CemeteryFind’s cemetery mapping functionality allows users to identify burial locations by clicking on burial names, track sold and unsold lots through color-coding, and view the full cemetery and its surrounding region. Routes from the cemetery entrance to selected burials can be displayed to simplify navigation for visitors. CemeteryFind also offers free public access to burial records, maps, and navigation through public search pages, with ‘spell-assist’ burial name search.
