We have taken pictures of the headstones and save them with the burial information. The customer support is outstanding.
I am very hard pressed to come up with something that has been an issue to date with the CIMS program.
It is a continued good experience. If I ever need help, they are there to assist, and there are periodic updates and training I can take advantage of.
That is not a CIMS problem, however, it is a staff "problem.
CIMS is a wonderful tool with great customer service. I have recommended it to other cemeteries that have made contact with us.
At one time I added to the religion list the word "Other" to note that. This person's funeral service was done in a funeral home chapel or at.
I love that we can categorize all of our burials online and have them permanently saved.
Sometimes I get locked up. I'm not sure if it's me or the software, but I usually have to go out or do an F5 to refresh the page.

An outstanding feature of Chronicle is its ability manage most funtctions of cemetery business. We are able to use the program to record all data relating to each plot.
Getting use to different terminology. I get loss on which page I am on some of it is the terminology and some of it is the layout.
Chronicle then sent me a project proposal and quote and I was so excited that not only does the Chronicle team do most of the work the price was very very affordable.
When I took my position and I was shown the cemetery, I was overwhelmed and saddened by the records.
Family and friends can now see the headstone, information and location from anywhere that has internet available. A wonderful help to most.
Some of the graves don't show their correct location. We have many burials where the location of the grave is unknown.
Helping with restoring order to our records and mapping was the most important thing I was looking for and Chronicles rip is able to do this.
That it has been hard for the public to find us when searching on google.

The best bit about Plotbox is the excellent customer service you get, if you have any issues just send them a quick message and someone always gets back to you to help.
I seem to forget to enter the year 1st. Also I prefer the system to save automatically a draft of my work in case I am interrupted and fail to do so prior to leaving my office.
The ability to draw statistics straight from the records in great detail. The adaptability of the software and the fact we can continue to amend and improve our records used.
Sometimes doesnt show all bookings which can be quite frustrating when we have double booked when 1 booking hasnt shown up.
The personal service is standard setting. Before you ball at the price imagine hiring a tech team who are at your disposal 24/7 to help with ANYTHING- it’s amazing.
The fact every grave has a Row, we do not use Rows in our plotting except in one cemetery. I would gladly lose the Row# in a heartbeat.
The best thing about Plotbox is the ability to find and schedule services so quickly.
Sometimes I feel that there is no need to keep updating the system - but this is only a minor con.
I like that we are able to customize so many things during set up. Customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced.

It's cloud based and loads of space for improvement.

When I took office I was handed old papers with names, dates of birth and death on basically a window shade. We were very concerned with these records because the paper was torn and very brittle.
I love how communicative and reliable the company is, whenever I have a question or concern they help me with the issue promptly.
The only complaint I have ever heard is if there was a way to send out work orders to multiple employees at once, however this is a small con in the scope of the program as a whole.
It has been outstanding. Our entire staff is also very pleased.
