Tracking utilisation of a participants funds when work has been completed. That when you click on information (e.g. NDIS number, addresses) it automatically copies it - so you can quickly transfer information.

The rostering and shift management features are a bit basic. If you are managing a massive, distributed team, it lacks some of the more advanced features like automated worker matching or open shift bidding that purely rostering focused platforms offer.
