What I liked least is the structure of the online booking system. When a campaign includes a service that requires a deposit, it prompts all patients to enter their card information even if they are not selecting that particular service with the deposit requirement.

My main issue is constant glitches: eblasts not being sent when scheduled or come out crooked, by the time the clients receive monthly eblast promo it is end of month, and why so long?- because their support is not resolving issues but only dragging time to seemingly look they are trying to help.

Other issues I encountered:  records dont save, appointment reminders fail, no gift card option, vital functions for medspa managing are absent making it a barely charting program.

It would also be helpful to have a view-only option for client documents instead of needing to download them each time.

However, the most concerning issue was their refusal to provide my EMR records once I terminated my contract. Despite federal laws and HIPAA regulations that require a software company to make these records accessible to healthcare providers, Aesthetics Pro informed me they could not fulfill this request.

Mobile doesn't have the same features as desktop to create a schedule in another location.

I don't want to be a burden but the queue for help is not helpful categorically and I always end up saying its an emergency even though it isn't because my questions don't fit into the categories offered.

I would like to see the Essentials User Package be more inclusive, it seems there are  many add on fees for various upgrades.

Other than it being cheap there was pretty much nothing else.

Additionally, we have taken a few payments using the AR payment system and are still unable to access that money.
