I recently sent a newsletter out to our entire client list, I learned that the system does NOT remove duplicate email addresses, and will send the same email to the same address, say for a husband & spouse that use the same email address. And when you are charged for each email, this is really unfortunate - as we don't NEED it to go to the same one twice!

Such as when creating ne services , there should be a step by step to ensure everything is "turned on " like staff member to complete the service , are there forms to go along with this service , commission paid , will this service be available for online boking , etc .

What I liked least is the structure of the online booking system. When a campaign includes a service that requires a deposit, it prompts all patients to enter their card information even if they are not selecting that particular service with the deposit requirement.

So far I don't have a feature that I don't like the "least" however being able to add a tag to patient photos to then be able to be searched based on service type for marketing purposes would be amazing.
