The shift care app has made my life and job an ease, it has taken the daily hassle away of assigning shifts and managing invoices along with staff payment  

There are also inconsistencies, such as the inability to bulk-edit kilometre pricing and the poor handling of split shifts, which don’t reflect correctly in the carer app or timesheets.

Fairly complex to begin however with live chat , the extensive YouTube library , complementary onboarding session with live chat and screen share and phone service anyone can get use to it.  

We are able to communicate for last minute coverage too and that makes all the difference when getting our clients the care they need.

They even called my personal cell multiple times for payment before onboarding, but once issues appeared, they vanished.
