I dislike the fact that the alerts do not send reminders outside of you having to fetch them on the "Alerts" tab. If you have an important alert coming up, there is no way to set a reminder.

So far, it has almost all capabilities that I can see a need for...& what’s not quite integrated yet, it seems they’re always working on those types of improvements.

We feel for the price this could be a great product but the way the service is being handled has our company very concerned and we actually are looking for other products to replace this company.

Support turn around time is bad. Getting answers when a ticket  is created after it's been escalated to a higher tier is BAD.

Customer service is horrible, billing is horrible, the platform is horrible all together. I would never recommend this software ever.
