Some times the frustration of HHA-Exchange makes us re-think the relationship with this MCO entirely. But in the end we like them very much.

In fact it is this MCO that helped us get tickets with HHA-Exchange reviewed.

It takes 30 seconds or more to open notes.  

Agents do not read the entire ticket to understand the issue.

Many bugs, whether it has to do with overnight clock in issues, alternate shift issues, report issues, no matter what your issue, if you call customer support, you will get a ticket number and that will be the end of it.
