The sales presentation was compelling, and we were assured that any system issues could be addressed through necessary modifications.

I requested specific improvements to reduce the many extra steps required to operate efficiently.

It allowed me to see my schedule for an entire week and I thought the display was helpful.

The difficulty/slowness of finding documents that had been scanned into the patient file as attachments.

Although the interface is intuitive, there may be an initial learning curve for new users who are not familiar with clinic management systems.

I strongly advise against using this program if you are a behavioral health provider.
