The ability to personalize tasks, meds, and aide duties per patient, and the abilities to assign each task daily, weekly, monthly, and different periodical time slots.

Setting alerts for staff notifications seems to be more difficult than it should be and there is no way to alert us if someone doesn't have a BM for 48 hrs.

Not able to DC orders instead of discontinued orders when the state comes it looks at our audits it does not reflect in system we have to add an alert.

Overall, the system performs well and offers helpful customization options. While there is still room for improvement, the customer support team remains responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful.
