What is Experity Patient Engagement?

Experity is a cloud-based patient engagement software designed to help hospitals, primary and specialty care clinics, urgent care clinics, and outpatient laboratory clinics streamline reputation management, online scheduling, registration, and queue management operations. The platform enables patients to schedule appointments, check wait time, and register online using a self-service portal.

Experity allows clinics to handle walk-ins and online registrations and provide information about wait time and appointments via text notifications. It offers a host of features such as AI-enabled issue tracking, alerts, net promoter score (NPS), team scorecards, reports, and more. Medical institutions can also conduct surveys to gather feedback from patients and improve engagement and reputation.

Experity lets patients scan and upload insurance cards and identity proofs and complete information in online forms using mobile devices. Hospitals can also store patient details in a centralized database for future reference and manage reservations and resources across multiple clinics during peak hours using a unified portal.
