Nutrition Maker contains over 1400 days of meal plans designed by professional dietitians, suited to a range of calorie needs and weight goals. The plans have a summary and description, and also include shopping lists and recipes for breakfasts, lunches, desserts, and snacks.
Nutrition Maker allows clients to review their test results, goals, and improvements and progress they have made. Users can also track their clients’ weight, BMI, body fat percentage, lean body mass, girth measurements, waist to hip ratio, and cholesterol levels. Nutrition Maker also helps to track various surveys and tests related to health goals like lowering sodium consumption, reducing snacks, increasing calcium intake, and more.
