The safeguarding suite offers multi agency referral management, incident reporting workflows, missing from care protocols with return interview documentation, body map evidence attachment, and room search recording. Human resources functionality covers staff profile management with Disclosure and Barring Service tracking, right to work verification aligned with UK immigration requirements, training matrix management, leave administration, and supervision and appraisal scheduling. Operational modules deliver staff rostering, timesheet management, payroll processing compliant with HMRC two thousand twenty five and two thousand twenty six standards, invoicing, billing, and property management. Reporting capabilities encompass basic and advanced report generation, analytics dashboards, key performance indicator tracking, trend analysis, and custom report building. Communication tools include meeting management with automated minute generation, notification systems, email alerts, family contact logging, and optional short message service integration.
