We can keep patient credit card payments up to date and storing the credit card information for future sessions with reports is valuable.

PM posts the claims and gives me an easy way to keep track of claims and billing for what is not covered by insurance. Once it's set up it continues to deliver.

Several times a payment has shown up in my checking account, but the info does not show up on the accounting page, so I can’t identify which patient to credit the payment to.
