Pros

I love how it is user friendly. I love the built in templates and the ease of being able to create any new electronic forms for clients to review and/or fill out.
The basic, the profession and the addition of telemedicine. It is very easy to use and if you do need help the software help button does an amazing job.
M very happy with my switch to using Simple Practice from old school paper records. I appreciate that everything is in a secure online portal and the ease of being paper free.

Pros

The software is user friendly and definitely laid out and user friendly like an apple user would expect. The final document is polished around the edges like a mac user would expect.
They do a great job selling the product and making promises but when it comes down to helping make it work well in the clinic setting, they are less than helpful.
I love the ability to take templates that other users have created and then edit off of those. Also like that square is integrated with it for payment.

Cons

This annoyed me because my time is very valuable and I specifically set aside the time for my training and no one bothered to alert me that it had been canceled.
I have a data base now that I use who program is awful and childish but they are able to create the reports I need. Its sad this program is missing the one thing i need more than anything.
Sending the invoice is a little confusing, it didn't take me long to figure it out, but sending the invoice to a new client or one that wants to pay was a little awkward.

Cons

What upsets me is that there is no one to speak to in regards to support. I have lost alot of time because the website will not allow me to reset my password.
The way the product works also puts you at very high risk for data loss, which has happened to us multiple times.
Terrible service, little effort to do what is right for the physician. They botched my fax number and now I have to get a new one, creating a lot of stress and cost to my practice.
