The cost has increased over the years which I understand to some degree is due to new features, however, I do not need most of the features they have added as a single practitioner.

We had many issues with reports processing correctly, were losing information, and there were inefficiencies in the way that claims and payments processed and posted.

At the time, I was running an all-virtual private practice and it became very frustrating very fast, and I ended up resorting to Google Meets on a constant basis as a backup.

I don’t like how glitchy telehealth is, that there is not a lot of customization on the calendar screen and it can be readily confusing to someone who is trying to use the system besides just scheduling.
