Currently, they have rolled out a systematic change with the transfer to Ensora and providers are fully unclear about what this means in terms of data usage and privacy re: AI integrations, options to opt out of unneeded services, price changes, note taking, and other ethical and clinical related issues.

I feel like when it comes to insurance claims and support for when to complete progress notes to ensure that new authorizations are submitted and files to continue treatment there is a disconnect between Ensora and when authorizations are actually due.

The frequent updates is terrible, at first we taught it was because they just changed name but it’s too frequent and when this update is done, it seems something has changed, we have lost some documents or can’t seem to find it because of these updates.

At times the video quality can be inconsistent, or a client may have difficulty entering the session, though this doesn’t happen often.

They claim to be very proud of their billing system - as they have "added" features to make the billing process quicker- (which I found their "upgrade3" doesn't even pull the correct amount a client owes and it needs to be manually fixed anyway and I have to manually write off money insurance won't pay).  

Now having to navigate to a separate page each time I charge a client feels unnecessary, especially compared to how easily it worked before.

I dont care who runs my credit card payments, but to not have it align with my company name seemed like a "dropped ball."

I also do not like that i cannot put a recurring telehealth appointment on the schedule.

I am having trouble scheduling my clients as sometimes the schedule is contemptuous.

God forbid you don't remember to save everything every 2 seconds or all will be lost. When adding a diagnosis to a clients charge - you have to save it 2x in two different areas or it doesn't save!  

The AI assistance improves the quality of my notes.

Lastly, it incorporates many features you would want in a therapy platform, appointments, forms, reminders, etc.

The feature that I would benefit from would be to check clients insurance.

Theranest is an extremely complicated system and there is a big large learning curve for all users - even just clinicians that make appointments and chart.

The interfacing with the smartphone is the only thing that annoys me currently.
