BestNotes is a cloud based HIPAA compliant customer relationship management and electronic health record database system designed specifically for the behavioral health and substance abuse industry. The primarily caters to small to midsized clinics and medical institutes. The solution helps to streamline practice workflow across clinics and other medical institutes. BestNotes EHR module includes customizable templates and allows doctors and staff to maintain patient’s history, create and review treatment plans, build groups and share notes within the group members. The product can also setup one source of data entry to eliminate data duplication. The suite allows patients to build profiles and save their health information on the portal. Further, the medical professionals can directly communicate with the patients through the portal and book next appointment with them through integrated calendar feature. Through patient ledger feature, management can track patient charges, credit payment and create billing statements in the name of the patient. It also offers e-prescription feature through which prescriptions are directly sent to pharmacy with option for controlled substances. BestNotes offer mobile based app for Android and iOS user which has features such as client management, task scheduling, digitally signing documents and share note. The solution comes with a flat monthly pricing model and does not require any upfront fees.
