Customer service is a joke, I have spent over an hour trying to get help and when I finally got a person they had me on hold for another half and hour. When she came back on the phone and transferred me it went back to the start and I waited for another 15 minutes before I gave up.

I don't like RXNT, because  costumer service representative not available in time, I have to weight too long for someone to pick up the phone, after 3 pm nobody answers the phone at all, very often not able to open progress notes because of technical issues and representative never able to give me approximate time when issue will be resolved, not helpful with EFT or ERA enrolment at all, they don't even bother to help providers.

Payments from payers is so much faster and billing and posting patient payments is the easiest I have ever used.

We had to jump through some hoops to perform a change of ownership of the practice without buying additional subscriptions.

It does not save info instantaneously and on multiple occasions you need to retype what was typed before because it did not save info
