ZugaCloud includes a reservation management feature with a customizable calendar to view and complete bookings, and businesses are able to offer packages for selected dates depending on seasonality, closing dates, occupancy forecasts, and cancellations. Additional administration tasks can also be performed such as guest check-in/check-out, invoice creation and printing, guest list management, housekeeping scheduling and monitoring, lost property inventory tracking, and automatic audits.

ZugaCloud includes a module for restaurant and event managers to carry out all administration tasks related to event planning and restaurant management including stock inventory tracking, pricing, seat planning, automatic billing, proposals, and contract creation. With ArpónWin, spa and salon managers can manage therapist schedules, client history and medical records, treatment booking, and stock inventories.

ZugaCloud provides additional back office features including electronic invoicing, income and expense reports, payroll administration, employee management, and integration of third party digital hardware such as HandPunch fingerprint clock-in and various barcode readers.
