We spent some months out there trying to find a provider that could do the same as Lofgify. We tested several but they all failed. We are so happy that we Lodgify can offer a robust system at this price tag! Recommended highly!

Great for helping organize properties
User friendly, good customer support, but needs a little tweaking. Intergration of new properties is a little clunky. Once you are up and running it is smooth.
Accounting section needs a little help in regards to owner statements. Impossible to customize or let an owner view their statement privately, either they see none or everyone’s.

I had a pretty awful user experience with Lodgify and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The channel manager simply doesn’t work and, when I tried elevating my issues to them multiple times, they continued to blame it on the channels I was connecting to, which wasn’t the issue. I tried resolving this with them for months, since without this main feature working, the software is worthless to me, but their customer service teams is terrible and will mot help you.
I honestly had such a negative experience with them that the bad overlooked the good

The customer support is great! They (specifically [sensitive content hidden]) are extremely helpful and really have the patience to walk you through everything and answer all your questions. Set me up in a breeze ready to get bookings.

The customer support is very good. In a short time, I was set up, integrated with the most popular channels and trained on the platform. I feel confident in utilizing the tool right from the start.
The ability to have all channels sync together to avoid double bookings
